Mini Cricket Festival successful

THE Tongaat Cricket Union held its KFC Mini Cricket Festival on Saturday, March 4 at the Outspan grounds.
The festival attracted many youngsters from under nine, with both boys and girls attending.

More than 120 children attended the festival and showed that Tongaat has many talented youngsters and future stars.

The Tongaat Cricket Union thanks the following schools for attending the festival and assisting with the games - Sandfields Primary, Fairbreeze, Tongaat Lower Primary, Mbonisweni, Tongaat Primary, Victoria Primary, Mitchford Primary, Flambel Primary and Seatides.

The Tongaat Cricket Union also thanks the teachers, parents, players from the various clubs and the Tongaat coach Bux and KFC Mini Cricket co-ordinator Chris for a well organised festival.
