THERE’S no stopping the Panthers. Despite the cold winter’s mornings the training programme continues. Last Sunday saw more than 20 runners and walkers taking part in the 11th leg of the Thinnys League Challenge heading towards King Shaka International Airport along the R102.

Devan Reddy led the 15km runners home boasting an excellent time of 1:22 while our senior member, Loga Naidoo, walked the 12km in an excellent time of 1:25.

“It’s heartwarming to see the league membership growing every week,” said league co-
ordinator.

She also thanked the Naidoo family for providing a breakfast for the members that morning in celebrating a birthday with the Panthers family.

This Sunday 3 July is the 12th leg of the Thinnys League Challenge, starting at 6.15am.
