THE community youth development, cultural and spiritual organisation, Vishwashakti, held a yoga session at the Durban Botanical Gardens last Sunday, February 26.

More than 50 people from all age groups took advantage of this opportunity enjoying the peace and serenity whilst enjoying the beauty of nature.

The organisation said in statement yoga and meditation has grown into a recognised form of exercise that benefits ones physical and mental well being.

The afternoon culminated in families and friends getting together and bonding away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Vishwashakti has many similar programmes to suite all.
