THE Tongaat Panthers Athletics Club in partnership with Arysta Life Science and the Department of Sports and Recreation will be hosting a community fun run/walk at the Outspan Ground in Tongaat on Sunday, October 22 starting at 8am.

The race organisers said: “We always held half marathons and longer distance races focusing on the elite runners.This year our focus is ‘Health and fitness amongst families’ We therefore are hosting a 5km fun run/walk with the aim of bringing together as many families through the spirit of sport and ensuring that they become fit and healthy.” 

The morning will kick off with an aerobic warm-up gearing the participants for the run and will end with light entertainment and lunch for all.Children can look forward to meeting the Oros Man and receiving Oros hampers. All participants will receive a special medal and goodies sponsored by KFC marketing.
