THE Shirdi Sai Avatar Shrine of Belvedere in Tongaat, in commemoration of the birthday celebrations of their beloved Easwaramma, undertook a feeding day in Chatsworth on May 12.

Together with blankets to face the upcoming winter, meals were provided to the less-fortunate communities in Unit Three in Chatsworth.

The initiative was undertaken together with members of the Grasmere Centre in Chatsworth.

The Grasmere Centre acknowledged the role played by the Belvedere Shrine with a token of appreciation. The Belvedere of 54 Hercus Avenue holds weekly services on Thursdays from 6 pm.
