Society to host motor show in Verulam

2018-03-22 06:00

THE Verulam Child and Family Welfare Society is calling all petrol heads, pimped car lovers and big car sound enthusiasts to attend its international motor show, which will be held on March 25.

As a precursor to the Verulam Charity Fair, the motor show, in conjunction with United States Auto Sound Competition International (Usasci SA) and Grounded Nations, promises to be an event not to be missed. The Usasci SA format creates a variety of classes for competitors as per vehicle and equipment criteria.

Each member’s decibels are tallied and the overall loudest team walks away with a three metre tall trophy. Teams can follow the leader board at the event.

Numerous categories will cater for various types of cars. For more information on the Show ‘n Shine, contact groundednations@gmail.com

The VCWS Motor Show also caters for the whole family, with jumping castles for the kids, entertainment, music, vehicle-related stalls and fun for everyone.

For more information or stalls, please contact Jacqui at the Verulam Child Welfare offices at 032 533 1046/7 or info@vcws.co.za

Competitors wanting to enter can log on to www.usaciworldwide.org for a copy of the rules or contact usa
ci.southafrica@gmail.com or phone 076 226 8722.

The motor show is also supported and brought to you by Speed ’n Sound, Targa SA, Refresh, Audio Fusion, Banda Audio, Streetglow, Audio Gallery and Bass City Car Association, who are all fulfilling their social responsibility goals in supporting the Verulam Child Welfare in its bid to assist the most vulnerable in our community.
