T. GYANCHAND OPTOMETRIST was officially opened on 8 September, 1995 with Advocate Kithen Chetty being our first patient.
Since inception, it has grown from strength to strength. We have thrived with single pointed focus on professional excellence, backed by sound and progressive research and high ethical standards.
We have stayed abreast of optical trends, which include optical lens designs and advancements, hard and soft contact lens innovations, spectacle frames from low budget to exclusive, both branded and non-branded, solutions and diagnostic tools.
Our selective choices has made it possible to offer our patients a passionate and personalised service that has delivered satisfying and successful results.
Leisha Harichand, our secretary for the past 15 years has proven to an invaluable asset to our practice. She is an amazing frontliner who has earned the admiration of many individuals for her warm and respectable manners, efficiency, accountability and commitment to service delivery.
Twenty-three years later we have accomplished a fully fledged successful optometric practice and pledge to continue serving our patients with our heart, head and hand.
