PREPARATIONS are under way for the October Kokstad Arts Festival, which is to attract people talented in design, poetry and fashion, among other things. “Kokstad has different groups of people that will be given an opportunity to embrace their culture at the festival. “My goal is to see unity among the people of Kokstad.”
