THE final round for the Nissan Aftersales Competition was held at the company’s Rosslyn National Training Centre for technicians, service advisors and parts sales executives on February 21.

The competition annually awards great competence of Nissan dealer networks’ technicians, service advisors and parts sales executives.

Throughout the years this competition has been widely recognised in the automotive industry, and supports the company’s aim to deliver industry leading service to Nissan customers.

Of the 665 technicians, 183 parts sales executives and 252 service advisors who wrote the gear tests, the 10 highest results per category were selected and invited to the final rounds.

The competition commenced with the preliminary online tests and the participation excelled. Thereafter the national finals were held with a total of 23 dealers participating.

The Mark White dealership produced a total of three national winners namely, Juan du Toit who was the national technician winner, Monique De Wet the national winner for part sales and Estee McCaig who was the national service advisor winner

Juan du Toit and Estee McCaig will be invited to attend the Global Awards Ceremony in Japan during the month of October 2018 and Monique De Wet receives an overseas incentive trip later during the year. “During the national final round we experienced a very high level of expertise and commitment from all three categories of the Competition,” said Monique de Wet from the dealership.
