MATATIELE models paraded outfits designed by local designers at the second annual Glitz and Glam Fashion Show organised by Ziyama Creations and sponsors last Saturday.

One of the entertainers was singer and dancer Nonhlanhla “Skolopad” Qwabe. TV actor, Mduduzi Nombela and Matatiele comedian Mantolwana were guests.

This year’s theme, “Roses and Pearls”, promoted style and beauty.

Designer, Zimasa Ndamase founded the fashion show last year for designers to showcase their creations and thus expand their client base.

“Matatiele has many talented young fashion designers who need support and exposure. I founded the show also to bring excitement to the people of Matat,” said Ndamase.

Models were Malibongwe Mpono, Reaoboka Leodi, Luyolo Vikwa, Tshepo Mapena, Siyabulela Socikwa, Mpumelelo Gxumisa and Austin Mor.
