Hospital seeks relatives of deceased

MURCHISON District Hospital is looking for the relatives of deceased patient Nhlumayo Isaac Peter. According to hospital records Peter was born on February 12, 1963. His home address is Msikaba­ ward, Mavundla School.

He was admitted to the hospital on October 28, but died on November 1.

“We have tried to locate his relatives through our social workers, however, these efforts have been unsuccessful. The public’s assistance in the locating the relatives of the deceased will be greatly appreciated,” said hospital PRO Busisiwe Cele.

The hospital does not have a photo of him alive.
