PEOPLE of Umzimkhulu can expect more jazz, according to Similo Bacela, the Umzimkhulu Jazz Club member. Recently Bacela and two club members, Wanda Gigaba and Musa Dladla, organised a jazz session where artists were taught how to produce quality music.

Bacela said the club is planning to organise an Umzimkhulu Jazz Festival soon.

“Our aim is to entertain people who ove jazz and grow the economy.”

Jazz artist Nomalanga Hlubi was one of artists who performed at the session.
