THE Ubuhlebezwe Local Municipality Mayor, Zamo Nxumalo and his deputy Elizabeth Ngubo, unveiled a plaque at the official opening of a new vehicle licensing office in Ixopo on Tuesday.

Members of taxi associations, driving schools, businesses and stakeholders from the Department of Transport attended.

“The centre will assist people from Ixopo and the municipality has built a bus and taxi rank,” Nxumalo said.
