FEBRUARY 14 was the day that the Universal Church marked the entrance into Lent and Christians received ashes on their foreheads as a sign of repentance from their sins.

St Monica’s School held a prayer day and celebrated the day by remembering Christian values. Reverend F.R. Mafunda, the school chaplain, attended together with Reverend Lloyd Jones. The leaders prayed for the school and staff.
