ST MONICA’S U14 rugby boys hosted King Edward High School (KEHS), while the U16 rugby boys played Bergview College at the country club in Matatiele on May 24.

Both teams played exciting games and the U14 KEHS team won their game. The U16 St Monica’s rugby boys won the match against Bergview.

The match between St Monica’s rugby boys and Bergview College started with St Monica’s dominating possession and Kopo Jafta from St Monica’s scored the first try.

During the second half, the St Monica’s team played beautiful running rugby which helped them to win the game.

On May 22 and May 23, the hockey girls and boys from St Monica’s played against KEHS and they enjoyed the games. Both girls’ and boys’ teams lost their games while the U11 hockey team played successfully against Bergview Primary School in a friendly game.

The U7 and U9 St Monica’s girls and boys went to play hockey and rugby at KEHS and they enjoyed the games. On May 25, St Monica’s netball teams and hockey boys went to St Patricks College and played well during E.G. Challenge.
