ON October 17, St Monica School pupils were given prizes for good performance for academic, sport and cultural activities.

Pupils, teachers and parents were excited about their good performances.

Grade 4 pupils, Entle Ntamnani, Chloe Myburg and Orefile Nkhauhle were given book prizes and certificates for their good academic achievements.

In Grade 5, the school awarded Refengk- gotso Setloboko, Akho Madikane and Unako Mbolekwa for good academic achievements.

Pupils awarded in Grade 6 and 7 were Takudzwa Nyathi, Chloe Moody, Qaqamba Rafu, Ezile Ludidi, Britney Werner and Naledi Lephama.

The school also awarded Eyona Mangumta for being the Best Male Sport of the year and Esihle Sobantu for being the Best Female Sport of the year. Pre-school pupils were also awarded.

The school congratulates the winners. A
special award was given to Retshipile Mohoto for being the Top Male Sport Achiever in the junior primary, and Imange Nompokhwe as the Top Female Sport Achiever. High school pupils also received awards. - Supplied.
