NEXT Sunday young aspiring Kokstad soccer players will be given an opportunity to further their studies at the School of Excellence in Gauteng next year.

They will be playing soccer at the School of Excellence soccer trials at Mount Currie High. The trials are open to pupils born in 2005 in Grade 7 from all schools around Kokstad.

President of the Harry Gwala District Sports Confederation, John Motsa said pupils who are to participate must bring their birth certificate.

“The best players will be selected and given an opportunity to further their studies in Gauteng. Pupils must grab this opportunity in order to have a bright future,” said Motsa.
