BAFANA Bafana’s Jackson Mabok- gwane, Lehlohonolo Nonyane, Erick Mathoho and George Lebese are all nursing slight knocks, but are expected to be fit for Friday’s World Cup qualifier with Angola.

Mpumalanga Black Aces goalkeeper Mabokgwane and defender Nonyane are both experiencing pain in the right knee, while Kaizer Chiefs centre-back Mathoho and midfielder Lebese are suffering from calf and hamstring strains respectively.

However, Bafana medico Dr Thulani Ngwenya is confident the quartet will be ready for action when it counts.

“Theirs are not serious injuries that’s why we have kept them in camp with us,” Ngwenya said.

“We will just be monitoring them over the next few days. They are undergoing treatment and should be ready on match day.”

South Africa will face the Sable Antelopes at Ombaka National Stadium in Benguela before hosting the return leg at Durban’s Moses Mabhida Stadium on Tuesday. –
