THE Goldfields public can now brace themselves for a spectacular showdown with the 23 top-seeded acts in the Welkom’s Got Talent competition set to perform live at two preliminary public events. The first preliminary show is on Saturday (18/04) with the second on 23 April.

Both public performances will be staged in the Piazza in the Goldfields Mall in Welkom.

There are 23 amazing acts of which 11 will be performing this Saturday (18/4) and the remaining 12 on Saturday (23/04).

Both shows will be starting at 11:00 and will afford the public a chance to have a full view of all the contestants during the two occasions.

The public shows continue the contestants’ quest to scoop the 2015 Welkom’s Got Talent crown.

The ultimate winner can look forward to walk home with the following amazing prizes: R20 000 in cash, R5 000 in fashion vouchers sponsored by the Just Property Group Goldfields Mall, as well as the opportunity to perform as an opening act at one of the Goldfields Casino’s scheduled concerts within six months after winning the contest. All sound requirements for the performance will be arranged by the casino as well as any other costs relevant to the performance.

The contestants pencilled in to perform at Saturday’s public preliminary show are the following:

Siyabonga Mukonazi (poet)

Vuyani (V-Beatz) (beat boxer)

Bianca Meyer (female singer)

Goodness Mokau (female singer)

Neo Hlohlongoane (poet)

Eugene Katleho Ramakoae (male singer)

Alicia Theron (female singer)

Thabang Selikoe (female singer)

Osama Bin Singing (male singer)
