Construction in final phase

2015-06-10 06:02

DELANO VIEW, our pride and joy situated in Lilyvale on route to the Botanical Gardens, is in its last phase. This means that construction is almost done.

In our ample experience in the construction industry, we took the advice of previous buyers. We are proud to say that, when Delano View is done and dusted, it will be an exclusive secure complex with and exciting future.

Currently we are busy with Phase 5, which is our last phase. This means that soon the current residents and the future buyers will live in peace and quiet with no more traffic of builders, building material and construction vehicles.

By now you will be familiar with the look and construction of Delano View. But, if you are a new reader, the units consist of three and four bedrooms, a choice between single- and double-storey houses and double garages.

Only the latest fixtures were chosen, with stunning tiled floors, top of the range granite tops and a covered braai area. The cupboards in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are stylish. We have installed prepaid electricity and water metres and an energy-saving heat pump geyser.

We are on the brink of finishing this project. Take some good advice and contact our offices to view one of our units before it is sold out.

There are many reasons to buy at Delano View. Some of these include the useful amenities in the area, such as shops, cafés, restaurants and cultural attractions; healthy environment with clean, open spaces and attractive scenery or setting; reliable municipal services; reputable schools nearby; property values in the area holding up well or rising and a sense of community.

But the best reason at this very moment is that construction is nearing the end.

Lenova Construction and Development has extensive experience in building security complexes, yet we have improved in all aspects from our previous developments to deliver a supreme formation.

There are 89 units in the complex. Since starting our first phase, we have aspired to make improvements to the units for the better. You have a choice between a stunning three- or four-bedroom double- or single-storey house. We have installed a ceramic cook hood in the kitchens.

In the C-Type, we have enclosed the braai area with stacked aluminium glass doors, which can be used as an extra entertainment room or as a dining room. In the D-Type we have also installed a ceramic cooking hood and upgraded the stove to an eye-level one.

Furthermore, we have totally modified the ground-floor plan of the E-Type. There is an extra room which you can use as you please.

Also incorporated into the last phase are communal facilities and extra parking space for visitors. In our first phase, we installed a jungle gym for younger children, but in our last phase there will be a play area for bigger children as well. We made sure that your house was built with the best view in mind and have hired professional landscapers to help with the design of the communal garden areas.

The development is a forerunner in the revitalization of the real estate market in Bloemfontein and the gorgeous landscaping beautifully wraps up the whole development to form a complete and exclusive package.

If you decide to buy at Delano View, you will definitely have an exciting future to look forward too.

Within a few months’ time, you won’t even remember that any construction took place and all the ugly amenities needed to build such a stunning complex will have vanished as if it never existed.

Completing a project such as Delano View also has a positive impact on the environment. When a development is complete and all building materials are removed from the area, it means a cleaner and greener neighbourhood with and exciting future.)
