ARE you looking to buy a new and improved, architecturally designed and inspired house in a very secure complex? Look no further.

Lenova Construction and Development specialises in providing in each prospective home owner’s unique housing needs. All previous clients’ ideas, requirements and budgets have been taken into consideration to deliver a unique final phase at the Delano View complex in Lilyvale.

Construction on the fifth and final phase of the Delano View security complex near the Botanical Gardens is officially underway. Lenova invites prospective residents to view a few of the units that have been completed already.

The property market in Bloemfontein has been booming the past few years, especially in the north of the city. Security complexes popped up like Karoo flowers after a rainy season. New developments are everywhere, large, small, and beautiful – some are built with less ambition, while others are created with love and experience. Delano View is one of the flowers that stands out above all the surrounding developments.

With each new development, Lenova Construction and Development has taken into consideration thousands of suggestions gathered from previous buyers and combined it with experience from earlier developments to deliver a first-class product.

The products keep on improving with each new phase of a development and by the time Lenova starts the last phase, prospective residents can be assured that when buying a unit, it will be one of the best and most revised.

The 89 units in the last phase of Delano View will include three- and four-bedroom units.

The units consist of single- and double-story units, with tiled floors, tiled bathrooms, energy-efficient prepaid electricity and water systems, energy-saving heat pumps and energy-saving windows.

The development is a forerunner in the revitalisation of the real estate market in Bloemfontein.

Changes to the design of the units to better suit residents’ needs include installing a ceramic cooking hood in the single-storey B-type unit.

In the C-type the interior design was revised to better suit residents’ requirements by enclosing the braai area with stack aluminium glass doors so that residents can walk out onto a covered and enclosed braai area which can be used as a dining room.

The D-type also boasts a swanky new eye level oven and ceramic cooker hood.

The ground-floor plan in the E-type was completely revised and some areas, which can now be utilised as a study room or kids’ playroom, enclosed. On the top floor a room that can be utilised as a walk-in closet or a study was added.

Not only was the interior layout of the units changed in the last phase, but Lenova also took the liberty of ensuring that units are situated in the best possible way. Each unit is built with the best view in mind and sunset and sunrise have been taken into consideration as well.

Furthermore, the beautiful landscaping finishes off the area and an established communal garden and playground for the children will make residents feel right at home.

There are extra visitors’ parking for friends and family.

Also, when residents are in the mood to take a stroll or walk the dog, they can walk in safety and enjoy the scenery, as the walkways are not only secure, but beautiful to look at as well.

In phase one a communal play area for smaller children was installed and the process has been started to build a jungle gym suitable for older children with swings and a slide in the last phase.

The last phase of Delano View is definitely the best – if you did not get a chance to buy in the first four phases, hurry up and secure your unit in the best phase yet
