“BLOW ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the
inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand.” Joel 2:1
When God wants to come to His people a trumpet sound goes out first, as only in praise does God reveal Himself.
At rapture a trumpet will sound, 1 Corinthians 15:52 says: “In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”
Heaven is for praise and worshippers, God’s words to Pharaoh was: “Let my people go to worship me.”
God is a spirit and those who worship Him must do so in spirit and in truth.
In paradise no one prays there, all they do is praise 24/7.
They sing Holy, holy, holy without resting.
The Word of God is already settled in heaven so in heaven there is only music and not words.
If we praise God enough, deliverance will come automatically without the need for laying on of hands.
We have to be addicted to praise. No one in the Bible overcame in a big way without praise and worship. Solomon had very many singers; there is no kingdom in the world without singers.
In every single kingdom there must be praise.
The Bible says: “Your praise shall continually be in my mouth.” Obadiah 1:17 says: “Upon mount Zion there shall be deliverance,” because Zion is a place of the king and that is why the scripture says O Lord, praise awaits you in Zion.
Other mountains are not known for praise, Sinai for example gave laws and those laws killed people.
Everybody understands music, the Bible says in Psalm 98:8 (NIV), “Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing together for joy;” People struggle to cast out the devil when they have no music in them as that is what he respects.
God says the kingdom belongs to children because children cry and that is musical, adults are too silent, we are not adults of God, but children of God. Whenever we gather and praise God, He will surely be there. The devil bombards us with problems so that we can change our praise to complaints.
Once we start complaining, we stop praising. The devil says to believers, “Go and pray, but forget to praise.”
The devil was in heaven for many years and, therefore, knows what God is looking for.
God lives in praise, He inhabits the praise of His people. Psalm 22:3 says: But thou art holy, O thou that inhabits the praises of Israel.
Prayer point: Lord, I just need you, be my glory from today, in Jesus’ name.
