Roses going all out

League sides Roses United and Super Eagles will meet in a crucial match at the Bohlokong Stadium in Bethlehem on Saturday (30/05). Kick-off is at 15:00.

Roses head into the game knowing they need nothing but a win, while Eagles only need a draw to win the provincial championship of the competition and qualify for the promotional play-offs, in which they will battle it out against champions from other provinces.

If Roses were to progress to the play-offs, they will need to beat Eagles, who themselves are in need of a point to ensure progression.

Tshidiso “Fresh” Mokgele, general manager of Roses, is optimistic his side will win the game.

“It’s a must-win game for us. There is no way we will come back home empty-handed.”
