THE deputy minister of Tourism, Tokozile Xasa, will kick- start this year’s National Tourism Career Expo (NTCE) addressing the media at the launch on Thursday (08/09) in Bloemfontein. The launch will be at the Botanical Gardens under the theme, Tourism alive with Opportunities.

It aims to create awareness about the Career Expo which will be held in October.

The NTCE is a collaboration of the three partners: the Department of Tourism (NDT), the Culture Arts, Tourism, Hospitality & Sport Education Training Authority (CATHSSETA) and the Free State Department of Economic Small Business Development, Tourism and Environment Affairs (DESTEA) as a host province.

The event is envisaged to provide an interactive platform between industry, curricula experts, educators, learners and students, and is designed to bridge the information gap between all stakeholders.
