THE new boys, Colville United, who were promoted from the SAB League this season, are already shining on the pitch.

This community club from the small location of Colville has ardent supporters following their success.

With the management of coach Peter Davids and his technical team, Colville has no excuse not to bring results.

“We sat down with management and we came up with a three year plan. Going to the playoffs is not our aim this season,” said Davids during an interview with Express Northern Cape.

“The combination of Tshepo Molefi, Liston Brouwers and Leon Abrahams make the team look dangerous when they attack. We encourage players to do the extra training together, but other things come naturally, as the team is blessed with talented players,” added Davids.

United roped in experienced coach Mmui Seane, who used to coach Real Madrid in the old Vodacom League.
