THE men’s football side of theCentral University of Technology (CUT), Free State, continues its impressive run in the maiden Varsity Football league.

The side is unbeaten in three leagues thus far and extended its impressive run by drawing 2-all against the defending champion, University of the Western Cape (UWC), in Monday’s (01/08) fixture played in Cape Town. This saw the Free Staters claim the second spot on the log ladder, five points behind the leader, the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), which has nine points.

The gutsy CUT men will be hoping to continue their outstanding run against Wits University in their first home fixture in Bloemfontein on Monday (08/08).

Kick-off is at 18:00.
