11 to 13 May

A FASCINATING play, Moeders en Dogters, starts today (11/05) and runs until Friday (13/05) in the Wynand Mouton Theatre on the University of the Free State’s (UFS) main campus. It reflects on conflict and the 1976 youth uprising, brought to life again in 2015 by the #feesmustfall campaign.

Moeders en Dogters, written by Corlia Fourie in 1986, is a moving drama about an Afrikaner family, a mother and her three daughters that starts on the day of the father’s funeral.

Tickets cost R40 per adults, R30 per student and learner and R25 per pensioner. Tickets are available at Computicket. Contact Computicket on 0861-915-8000.
