Motlatsi Ntseki was crowned the Men’s Novice and Men’s Junior u.23 winner at the National Amateur Body-Builders’ Association (Nabba) and World Fitness Federation (WFF) Bodybuilding Championships, held on 7 September at the Tempe School of Armour. It was the third year that this regional championships was presented by Hende-Mari Strydom, Nabba/WFF chairwoman for the Free State and Northern Cape.
