The Campbell police requests the assistance of the public to identify a facially reconstructed skull.

The unknown skeleton was reportedly found in a shallow grave in Jakkals­fontein in January 2017, and it is suspected to belong to a man aged 35 to 50.

According to Capt. Olebogeng Tawana, the skull has been sent to a forensic laboratory for facial reconstruction in an attempt to determine the identity. We are appealing to the public to.

Any information about the man’s identity shared with towards assisting the police to identify the attached reconstructed facial identikitmay assist in solving the investigation.

Community members are urged to call investigating officer Sgt Mandisa Son at the Campbell Police Station on 053-297-2900, or Crime Stop on 08600-10111, if they have information.
