A CONFERENCE on fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD) will be hosted on Tuesday, 16 February, at the Horseshoe Motel in Kimberley.

FASD are conditions that can occur in a child whose mother drank a lot of alcohol during pregnancy.

Problems may include abnormal appearance, short height, low body weight, small head, poor coordination, low intelligence, behaviour problems and problems with hearing or seeing.
