“The first #KrushGoodness project was an incredible success.“Not only did it help 10 000 learners who were most in need of school shoes, but it opened our eyes to the immense need for school shoes by so many children in communities across South Africa”.This is according to Miantha Roux, marketing manager: Beverages – Clover. Roux said they could not allow the project to be a once-off event and had committed to a second year where they intend to spread the goodness further by assisting 20 000 learners with school shoes. The #KrushGoodness project is calling upon South Africans to nominate schools whose learners are most in need of school shoes. Nominations are now open and can be made by following the on-pack instructions on promotional Krush products. Krush will go through all nominations by December and 20 schools from across South Africa will be selected. These schools will be visited next year and 20 000 learners will receive their brand-new school shoes. Some familiar faces who will be joining Krush in spreading the goodness include Connie Ferguson, Zenande Mfenyane, Rami Chuene, Lalla Hirayama, Letshego Zulu and Dineo Ranaka.
