The Kagisho police are still looking for Zenzele Ngxongo, who is expected to be able to provide information about a shooting in which a man allegedly injured his girlfriend on 17 March at about 10:10.

Ngxongo is urged to hand himself over to the police to assist in the case, following the shooting in Snake Park, Kimberley.

According to Sgt Majang Skalkie, police spokesperson, the shooting incident allegedly occurred after a man had an argument with his girlfriend (34) inside their shack.

“The man allegedly shot the victim in her right cheek,” said Skalkie.

“She was taken to the Kimberley Hospital for medical treatment.”

Anyone with information about the suspect’s whereabouts, or who knows where Ngxongo might be, is urged to contact WO Lentikile Shuping on 082-469-0545.
