Mohajane to continue work in Gauteng

MAJ.GENL KETLA­RENG HILDA MOHAJANE will return to Gauteng, where she started as an officer in the South African Police Service (SAPS), after having served six years in the Northern Cape.

She joined the Northern Cape SAPS through promotion as a cluster commander in Kimberley in 2010. She was later appointed to be the deputy provincial commissioner for crime detection in 2011. In 2015, she was appointed as the deputy provincial commissioner for operational services in the Northern Cape

Mohajane has 33 years of service and has gone up through the ranks within the SAPS since joining in 1982 as a constable. She attended numerous courses within the organisation to boost her career. She initiated and spearheaded projects such as the Santa Shoebox Project and the Blanket Drive, which embodies social responsibility to give back to the community.

Maj.Genl Mohajane will be joining the Gauteng SAPS as the cluster commander of the Garankua Cluster.
