Music event will bring on the heat

Express Northern Cape, in collaboration with Metro FM Heatwave Kimberley, is giving readers the opportunity to become part of this anticipated event.

Two readers will win double tickets to the event by answering the simple question below.

These two readers will be part of the Heatwave festivities at the De Beers Stadium on 16 December, and experience interaction with celebrities right here in the city of Diamonds.

The event promises a hot line-up with the likes of radio and TV personalities Somizi Mhlongo and Pearl Modiadie.

Featured in the line-up are some of the hottest musical talents, both nationally and in Kimberley, including the likes of Fistaz Mixwell, Moozlie, MsCosmo, Ryan the DJ, VJ Nutty, DJ Jawz, Lerato Kganyago, Roger Goode, Tribalculture, Reason, LootLove and Thando Thabethe.

Appearances will also be made by some of Metro FM’s on-air talent like Dineo Ranaka, Amon Mokoena and Ismail Abrahams.

The Metro FM Heatwave Kimberley has proven its success by becoming one of the most important events to be seen at in Kimberley since it was first hosted in 2015.

Organisers expect the number in audiences to grow this year.

Tickets for the one-day event are available at Computicket for R200, and cost R250 at the gate.

VIP tickets cost R600, which includes access to a cash bar and private lounge, while VVIP tickets cost R3 000 for corporate packages.

It has been confirmed that no cooler boxes will be allowed after 18:00 at the event.
