The Thaba Nchu police are offering a reward of R50 000 for useful information that could lead to the arrest and successful conviction of suspects responsible for the murder of Lesang Motladile and Bongani Motladile earlier this year.

The police said the victims were shot dead on 25 March at their residency in Ramakgari.

Sgt Martin Xuma, police spokesperson, said the police were searching for two men. He said the mother, Lesang (54), and son, Bongani (27), were shot in the stomach and arms by the two armed men, who are still on the run. A six-year-old boy, believed to be the son of the deceased Bongani, survived after he took cover under the table.

Anyone who can help solve the case is request to contact investigative officer Const. Keabetswe Mogoera on 082- 467-6612 or 051-875-1109.
