Bloem Show 2018 is set to take place from 26 April until 5 May in Bloemfontein.

Elmarie Prinsloo, chief executive officer, says the forthcoming edition will be staged under the theme “Mascots and Monsters”.

“After a very successful Bloem Show 2017, we are looking forward to once again entertaining visitors with a great variety of exhibitors, artists and agricultural activities.

“Annually, more than 100 000 people visit Bloem Show.

“It is one of the highlights on the social and agricultural calendar in central South Africa.”

Prinsloo says the showpiece is well-established for its reputation for attracting customers and visitors from around the country.

She says an average of 450 local, national and international exhibitors contribute towards this economic injection for the region.

Prinsloo says visitors can expect a packed agricultural programme, with several national championships that will be decided in the next edition, adding that exhibition space is readily available.
