SuperSport Let’s Play and Express are looking for athletes in primary and secondary schools, abled and with disabilities, who are good at sport, to reward for excellence.
Such candidates receive monthly recognition in the SuperSport Let’s Play Sports Star of the Month competition.
Entries are open for the SuperSport Let’s Play Sports Star for February.
It is the first leg of the competition for 2017.
Are you, or is someone in your school or place of education good at sport? Are you motivating or training others to be good at sport?
Are you a young coach who is coaching future stars? Are you getting people active at your school, community or gym?
We encourage such candidates to enter.
You can nominate yourself or be nominated by a friend or by any teacher, lecturer or coach at your school or place of education.
You can even be nominated by a family member or friend who knows how good you are.
The winner is chosen from all the nominations received for that month.
The monthly winner will receive a Let’s Play hamper filled with goodies.
At the end of the year, one player from all the Sports Star of the Month winners will be chosen as the SuperSport Let’s Play Sports Star of the Year.
Do not worry – from beginning to middle November, we do an overall annual summary of all your sporting achievements before the annual winner is chosen.
Send us your nomination today. Nominations received before the 20th of every month will be included in that month’s selection.
Nominations received after the 20th of every month will be carried over to the next month’s selection.
Your nomination must include your name, age and a short paragraph (less than 200 words) on what you have achieved, as well as your contact number and personal details, name and surname, age and grade and school or place of education’s name, including its contact number.
