SERGEAL PETERSEN’S form will be key in inspiring the Toyota Cheetahs against the Bulls in the tough SuperRugby fixture in Bloemfontein on Saturday (16/07).

One of the top performers in the competition with nine tries to his credit, the winger will be the man to watch as the Cheetahs look to end their campaign on a high note.

The Free State rugby giants have won games in the tournament and a victory in Saturday’s tough encounter will be good for restoring pride on home soil.

The hosts have been running hot and cold in the tournament and has thus failed to secure a berth in the play-offs. The jail-breaking victory against Force a week ago (30-29) could even boost their ambitions to challenge for the top spot. In Saturday’s fixture against the Bulls, they are expected to continue with their impressive form to offer their fans something to shout about.

Should the hosts win, they will be recording their fifth win in the competition.

The Cheetahs’ other wins were against the Southern Kings and the Sunwolves.
