DINTLE VINGER, a promising Free State teen model based in Bloemfontein, will soon jet off to America to represent the country in the forthcoming Applause Rising Talent Showcase (ARTS) International.

Many well-wishers reckon that the multi-award-winning teen model will fare well at the international front as she oozes confidence and has also scooped up different local awards.

She has under her belt interesting modelling awards, to mention but a few: Miss Jnr SA finalist 2014, Miss Heritage 2013, 2nd princess Miss Bloemshow 2013, 2nd princess Miss Style 2014, and last but not least, 1st princess Miss Spring 2014.

Vinger was elevated to the international modelling competition level after impressing the ARTS National Talent Scouts at the local competition that was held in Johannesburg last year.

Kimberly Myers, the executive director of Dream Big who was impressed by Vinger’s modelling talent, explained that the ARTS International Showcase is scheduled to take place from 25 to 31 July this year.

“It is importanct that we select only the very best for the ARTS International Showcase, offering the most excellent performance to our international panel of agents, record labels, casting directors, managers and producers from Hollywood, Miami, New York City, Atlanta and in between Europe and Asia as well,” she said.

According to her, the Arts participants and parents who will be accompanying their children to the event, will experience seven days of the ultimate level industry exposure.

Vinger said she was thrilled knowing that this international exposure was going to bring her face to face with industry professionals who would be coming from different parts of the world.

She is the National ACE Model of the year 2013-’14, and also boasts titles such as Miss Free State Pre-Teen 2015, 1st princess Free State schools pageant 2015 and 2nd princess Miss Little Princess of South Africa.

Those who know her closely described her as a very loving and generous young person and this became evident when she decided to celebrate her tenth birthday with orphans at the Spur restaurant, footing the bill from her personal coffer.
