2018-10-03 06:02

Truck drivers passing through Springfontein can do free screenings to check their health status at the Engen Springfontein Truck Stop on the N1 on 11 October from 06:00 to 15:00.

In the Engen Driver Wellness programme, running for its seventh year, mobile clinics are set up at selected truck stops and service stations.

Screenings include blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, body mass index and HIV/Aids tests. The drivers receive free meals, caps and water bottles after tests.
