Unidentified body found

The Thaba Nchu Police ask the public’s assistance to find the next of kin of an unidentified man whose body was found near Station Road in Selosesha on 5 March.

The body was discovered in a stream by employees of a local butchery who had been on their way to work at about 07:00.

The man is believed to have been in his 50’s. He was wearing a gold and white striped T-shirt, blue overall trousers and black working boots. He was short, dark in complexion and medium built. His left eye appeared to have been blind. The police have opened an inquest.

Anyone able to identify the deceased, or who has information about his next of kin, is asked to contact Det. Const. Seleko Maoke on 051-873-9136 or 082-553-8208.
