The words in Isaiah 60:1 remind you that you will rise again: Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the Lord’s glory has risen on you.

It does not matter how many times you have fallen, or what made you fall – you will rise again.

Things happen that make you feel like a failure or a mistake.

Maybe you had a child at a young age and out of wedlock, or you dropped out of school. Maybe your marriage was a failure. Maybe you were raped as a teenager.

It does not matter what caused you to fall. Dry the tears, shake off the dust and stand up – God is ready to help you up.

You might have failed your family, friends and community, and maybe you feel that you have failed God.

He understands and He wants you to stop feeling sorry for yourself.

He wants you to rise up and continue running – He is with you in this.

Micah 7:8 says:Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light unto me.

Those who are laughing and rejoicing in your fall will stand ashamed when God has lifted you up and covered you with His glory.

Let them talk and gossip all they want; dogs only bark at moving cars.

Arise and walk proudly. Jehovah wants to forgive you and elevate you.

Just as the prodigal son remembered that he has a father, so should we remember that we have a Father who is waiting for us to return to Him so that He can order a great feast to celebrate our return.

Arise family, arise.

Never allow what you have been through to hinder your progress.

Yes, you failed, but do not dare remain on the ground.

Get up!

Go out and lift up those who have fallen, and continue to represent the Kingdom of God here on earth with great respect and humility.

Stay blessed and keep the faith.
