CONGRATULATIONS to Thobile Majola and Nokwethemba Zuma on winning the Umzinyathi District Quiz and then going on to compete at provincial level.

and#034;Learning is very important and we learnt a lot about HIV/Aids, KwaZulu-Natal current affairs, the national flag and more,” they said when talking about their achievement. Credit goes to the quiz trainer, Mr C.J. Zuma and the quiz team for doing so well.

On the cultural front the school again did well coming first in the uMaskandi category and represented the district in Newcastle last week.

The sports team were also successful in the indigenous games and represented the district in Durban last week.
