Cruise the Antarctica

FRIDAY 17 April sees the cruise ship Azamara in the icy waters of Antarctica.

Book your tickets early and don’t miss this interesting social­ evening hosted by St. James’s Church.

Take a picnic supper and drinks - make up a group or just join the crowd. We need to know numbers as your picnic supper will be topped with a surprise pudding.

Doors open at 6.30pm and the talk starts promptly at 7pm. This special evening is open to all, but you must get your tickets­, at R40 per person, from the parish office (mornings) or contact Sue Swan on 033 507 0132.

The evening will take you on an epic journey with Captain Chris Odendaal who will tell the story and First Mate Martin Hill who will share his wonderful photographs of their recent trip to this spectacular and remote part of the planet.
