THERE is a double Greytown link to the new Ginja magazine with former Greytownians Sharlene Maassa, editor, and her father, Mike Allen, the sub-editor.

Ginja Food Media was established in 2013 and is the only chef-owned print and internet magazine in South Africa.

It was taken over in June by the Francois Ferreira Food Academy president and TV chef Francois Ferreira and vice-president, Denise Lindley.

The latest issue is alive with interesting articles, tasty recipes and beautiful photographs presented in a glossy and easy-to-handle format.

The recipes are different, and all have been tested and recommended.

The entire package will be of considerable appeal to men and women food lovers.

The editorial style is fresh and engaging, focusing on everything that makes enjoying food unique.

Ginja is on sale locally at R45 or by contacting Mike on 074 037 7284 for more information
