THE recent Hermannsburg Eisteddfod brought many talented musicians to our school, and we welcomed back Mr Gérard’d du Toit, the adjudicator, albeit only for a day. Musicians had to include at least one piece by a German composer in their programme of three pieces and excellent results were achieved.

A- (80-85%): Christél Brooks (Classical Voice Grade 8), Danielle Schweiger (Classical Voice Grade 3), Elisabeth Tönsing (Piano Grade 2), Nonjabulo Khosa (Classical Voice Gr 1).

Primary school also produced some fine performances. A+ (90-94%), Stephanie Meyer (Piano Level 2).
