VOLUNTEERS visit our school add undeniable value to what our school offers - particularly in the Kindergarten - and saying farewell is never easy. Our teachers appreciate their help in the classroom, with everything from photocopying to leading small-group activities. The volunteers not only provide tremendous support and assistance, they enrich the Little Oaks’ learning experiences in many ways, not least in the critical task of individually tutoring those who are either advancing faster than others, or those who need some “acceleration”. They become part of the everyday “scenery” at our school and ours is a better school because of them. A big thank you to our volunteers and we wish them all the best for their future careers.
