Pannar Greytown Junior Tennis Tournament

JUNIOR players from Greytown, Pietermaritzburg, Dundee and Durban took part in the annual June holiday tennis tournament in Greytown. This popular tournament was sponsored by Pannar and organiser Derek Brown and the players expressed appreciation to Pannar for its ongoing support.

Singles results:

Eight and under winner: Samual Dean, runner-up Yastil Aheer

Girls’ 10 and under winner: Bianca Uys, runner-up Anushka Slabbert.

Boys’ 10 and under: winner John Yeadon, runner-up Joshua Cope.

Boys’ 12 and under winner: Murray Hiscock; runner-up Jack Yeadon.

Girls’ 14 and under winner: Calista Muna, runner-up Yenziwe Dube.

Boys’ 14 and under winner: Haydn Kesaris, runner-up Dean Page

Boys’ 16 and under winner: Luke Oglesby

Doubles results:

Eight and under winners: Sagashle Mzila and Yastil Aheer, runner-up Henry Yeadon and Samual Dean.

Girls’ 10 and under winners: Bianca Uys and Julia Hodsworth, runner-up Kelly Cotterell and Anushka Slabert.

Boys’ 10, 12 and under winners: Olive Pride and Jack Yeadon, runner-up Keegan Brown and Murray Hiscock.

Girls’ 12 and under winners: Amore van Rooyen and Stella Oglesby, runner-up Emma Martin and Abby Daughty.

Boys’ 14 and under winners: Matt Veenstra and Luke Oblesby, runner-up Calem Keyser and Haydn Kesaris.

Girls’ 14 and under winners: Robyn Steyn and Calista Muna: runner-up Amy Cope and Amy Cotterell
