Senior Citizens Club, simply the best

2015-10-21 06:00

CONGRATULATIONS to the Greytown Senior Citizens Club on once again winning the Pafta concert held in Pietermaritzburg on 30 September.

This is the second time the talented group have been declared the winners.

They competed against 14 groups of seniors from the Midlands, performing a short play and singing educational songs.

The play, performed by Greytown seniors, was written by and produced by Shelia Gayadeen and was about how to educate the younger generation about beliefs, values and respect, which sadly, many of them had lost along the way.

The Greytown Senior Citizens Club is to be congratulated on this achievement and it is hoped they will continue to make their mark in the community
