AS a local service, Greytown Cleaning Services and Helping Little Hands know how important it is to continue to support local and “pay it forward” where we can.

The organisations visited an underprivileged crèche in desperate need of help, located in the Ntembisweni area recenty.

Natasha Eggers from Greytown Cleaning Services said:

“When we first assisted the crèche in June last year, Funulwazi had 35 children under the age of five years. The numbers have now increased to 45. The crèche receives a very small grant of R880 per month from the government, unfortunately the parents are not able to contribute in the running costs of the crèche. Funulwazi has three incredible ladies who volunteer their time as teachers and try their hardest to take care of these children to the best of their ability.

“They are making sure the children have full tummies everyday. Greytown Cleaning Services and some of the local Greytown ladies have been collecting and donating all sorts. Food items, crafts goodies, stationery, toys, vegetable seed, classroom furniture. A heartfelt thank you to our local ladies, The Cunningham’s Dulcie from Helping Little Hands and the Wembley College Grade Rs.”

Anyone willing to assist can contact Greytown Cleaning Services’ Natasha Egger on 071 898 0813 or Helping Little Hands’ Dulcie Jacobsz on 082 437 5195.
